Hello! I’m Ashleigh, a mum, a woman, a gentle parenting advocate and a passionate holistic family psychologist.
My mission is to spread the message that as we move onto the path of parenthood, healing becomes one of our greatest responsibilities.
It is my belief that understanding our conditioning and parenting from a place of true authenticity is vital to the fabric of society and essential to the wellbeing of our children. I help parents re-connect with themselves and bring consciousness to their choices. This is where truly effective parenting begins. The answers for each family aren’t held in a set of pre-prescribed parenting rules; they are found within the parents themselves.
